About the Role This role will support the design and development of the ANZ Go Biz user experience.
Working with the Product Owner, User Experience Designers, Business Analysts, and Technology Delivery partners, the role will decompose business objectives into functional design and changes to support improved customer experience and financial outcomes for ANZ.

As a Business Analyst, you are accountable for: Representing the needs of small business customers and frontline bankers, to ensure optimal banker and customer experience.
Designing banker and customer centric solutions across systems and processes.
Leveraging your strong business analysis experience and contacts to prepare, plan and facilitate sessions that provide research, feedback, and clarity on proposed solutions.
Engaging with Business and Technology partners and stakeholders to communicate and translate changing business needs.
Conducting business analysis, including facilitating workshops, process and journey mapping, capturing user stories, and helping the team deliver to acceptance criteria.
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Experience in conducting workshops, eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements for business and technology partners.
Strong ability to analyse business changes to understand process impacts.
Proven ability to problem solve where there is ambiguity, leveraging your networks and available resources.
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to leverage these relationships to deliver results.
Ability to dissect a complex problem into bite-sized requirements, and ability to plan and sequence requirements to deliver a final outcome.
Can appreciate difficult problems and enjoy getting stuck into the detail, but are able to keep an eye on the big picture to keep moving forward.
Experience working on digital transformation initiatives (i.e.
online applications).
Business lending experience.
Small Business Banking experience or exposure.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
