Who are we looking for?
At GHD, we're looking for a proactive and analytical
Business Analyst
to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team. If you have a knack for identifying improvements, designing solutions, and driving change, we want you!
What You'll Do:
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze current processes to identify optimization opportunities.
Design and execute test scripts and scenarios.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technology teams.
Adhere to best practices in business analysis.
What You'll Bring:
Knowledge of both traditional and agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and a collaborative approach.
A desire to learn and continuously improve.
Experience with multidimensional data modeling and SQL (desirable).
A degree in a related field or relevant experience.
