Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst specializing in rostering and payroll transformation, you will be a crucial contributor to the success of our retail operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Rostering Transformation: Lead and support the implementation of rostering solutions that optimize workforce management, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation across our nationwide retail locations.
HR Transformation: Drive HR transformation initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Service Delivery Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving service delivery processes and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and capture detailed business requirements for rostering and HR transformation projects.
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making for workforce and HR management.
