Your role The Business Analyst for our TA technology stack will work closely with our People and Culture digital systems team to ensure we have the right tech eco-system, candidate and colleague experience.
The purpose of this role is to own the business requirements, process design and documentation and detailed analysis required to make our TA tech stack investment a success.
More specifically you will be focused on: Documenting and maintaining business requirements, gap analysis and solutions.
Documenting processes, including SOPs and workflows.
Testing design and management, ensuring the new solution is well tested and ready for risk-free implementation.
Detailed analysis of change to support and change communication design.
Running testing with impacted SMEs and obtaining necessary phase sign off approvals.
Supporting the project manager with project documentation and artefacts.
Managing reporting requirements, reporting build and sign off.
Managing configuration build against the target requirements.
Working with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met and executed.
Your skills and experience: You have extensive HR project management experience, ideally within Talent-based systems (including CRM, Assessment and AI tools), processes, and ways of working.
You are a highly effective communicator, able to support business stakeholders and impacted teams to understand the technical considerations and decisions required in implemented system solutions.
You have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools and processes across the project lifecycle, in particular the Project Management Body of Knowledge and agile project practices.
