The Role Join their team of 11 sales people across the country to deliver consistent performance results in sales, territory market development, and key strategic objectives in the promotion of their product portfolio across the Western suburbs of Melbourne, and Tasmania.
You will be responsible for: The execution and delivery of a territory business plan.
Identifying key customers and thought leaders within the territory, whilst developing and maintaining relationships.
Maintain and exceed the sales budget through strategically targeting key customers.
Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques by attending educational workshops.
Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge and use effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations.
Work collaboratively to deliver education and support to your clients as required.
Leverage knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the Aesthetics community.
The Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree required, preference for Science, Nursing, or Medical Science.
The person must have 3-5 years' experience in B2 B medical sales.
Prefer aesthetic background, plastic surgery or dermatology, with soft goods experience.
Knowledge of the aesthetic market would be ideal, either through having sold skincare, injectables, or capital equipment.
Must have a hunter mentality, not afraid to work hard to win business and convert customers.
Whilst being capable of running your territory with reasonable autonomy, you will also be a team player who collaborates and helps other team members.
