About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at ACM Parts Pty. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our collision market customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management: Build and foster positive relationships with key collision customers, serving as their primary point of contact.Needs Analysis: Facilitate face-to-face and phone meetings with existing customers to understand their needs and business goals.Feedback and Improvement: Present customer feedback on service levels, product quality, and delivery to internal stakeholders, and facilitate agreed changes or improvements to deliver a better experience for customers.Portfolio Management: Maintain a customer portfolio efficiently, promoting the company's products and services to address or predict clients' objectives.Industry Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the industry to support ACM Parts' growth and diversification, ensuring we meet or exceed customer expectations.Process Improvement: Create and implement procedures/strategies to improve customer outcomes and satisfaction levels.Performance Analysis: Analyze sales reports to understand potential areas for improvement for each customer.RequirementsPrevious Experience: Previous experience in sales and account management, preferably in the automotive parts industry.Industry Knowledge: Automotive parts/panel knowledge, able to interpret parts and panels.Relationship Building: Experience in building business relationships/customer service.Account Management: Account managing/business development experience.Analytical Skills: Able to analyze reports and interpret data.Technical Skills: High computer proficiency.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail.Personality: Personable and patient.What We OfferReward and Recognition: Opportunities for reward and recognition.Career Development: Career development and training opportunities.Referral Bonus: Referral bonus for recommending a friend to work with us.Employee Benefits: Discounts on parts and tools, uniforms, and 24/7 professional counselling for team members and their immediate families.
