9 X5 Consulting is seeking a dynamic Sales Hunter with a proven track record of driving new business in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.

A bit about you You've got plenty of experience selling IT Consulting Services - professional services and cloud-based SAAS solutions; You're familiar with strategic account planning and have lots of examples of 'landing and expanding'; Whilst you enjoy growing and managing accounts, you're also motivated to chase new business and bring in new accounts; You understand how to run a complex deal and can manage & navigate complex sales processes.
Key Responsibilities New business development and account management focus, selling state-of-the-art cloud-based solutions and professional services; Use your knowledge of the Australian market and your C-suite connections to create opportunities to convey 9 X5's unique value proposition; Create a portfolio of strategic leads - generate and maintain a profitable sales pipeline; Focus on selling 9 X5's products and IP to accelerate our client's transformation; Utilise your experience in selling multi-million dollar deals to successfully negotiate the sales cycles involved; Liaise with the wider team and cohesively work on developing strategic account plans for target accounts; Engage in target-market analysis.
Stay on top of what is happening across the ICT landscape; Generate new business opportunities, identify client issues, capture requirements, problem solve, and present our products as the winning solution; Contribute to plans and GTM strategies to accelerate 9 X5's growth; Work as a productive member of the sales team to meet revenue and sales targets.
Job Requirements 7+ years of experience in IT Consultancy, Professional Services or SI; Experience in landing new Master Services Agreements (MSA's) with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.
Proven track record in selling software solutions and IT professional services to enterprises; Track record of meeting and exceeding new business sales targets; Knowledge of and experience with data warehousing and data visualisation technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Domo, Tableau, Power BI, etc.; Strong organisational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers; Experience with horizontal scaling, and with delivering Software-as-a-Service; Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent professional development experience; Valid working rights in Australia.

Numbers and targets motivate you and you have a track record of exceeding targets; Experience in new business development and account management, selling big-value technology solutions & services, ideally cloud & BI based solutions; You understand customer industry demands and know the best way to generate new business opportunities; You're able to identify client issues, accurately capture requirements, problem solve, and effectively communicate our value proposition; You have a technical foundation and are capable of understanding business transformation needs and can work with internal/external teams to develop a technology transformation road map; You are a pro at building and maintaining relationships at Senior, Director & C-suite levels; Great communication & relationship building skills, the ability to think outside the box; A team player who enjoys collaborating with others; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills.
Deal-breakers (stuff we don't want in a new team member) A "that'll do" approach to our clients' projects; A closed mind to change; Big egos.
