Reporting to the MD, ideally your experience is in building products channels supported by a profile and reputation for negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.
Tendering and contract negotiation experience is essential along with a sound understanding of the specifications process.
Commercial awareness and understanding of the construction market will assist you to significantly lift market penetration and sales revenue.
Ambitious and seeking a role where you can impact performance, your personal qualities should encompass proven selling ability and a positive demeanour.
Above all you will be an excellent communicator, self-managed and appreciate the challenge and opportunity this company can provide.
Relevant tertiary qualifications underpinned by proven account management and strategic planning skills will be highly regarded.
Technical competency and experience in HVAC or similar industries is highly desirable.
