We proudly partner with both veterinary practices and their clients to offer pet cremation services to grieving families with our expert teams guiding them every step of the way.As a Business Development Manager, you will drive the growth of our pet cremation services by nurturing existing long-term relationships and creating new relationships with veterinary clinics and clients. Combine your empathy and compassion with your sales flair to grow our pet cremation services. We are looking for someone with Veterinary experience to proactively build client relationships. Duties of a Business Development Manager: Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary owners and practice managers to drive business development. Proactively identify and onboard new veterinarian clinics and clients. Nurture and expand relationships with existing, long-term clients to drive business growth. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and value propositions. Collaborate closely with the National Relationship Manager and Marketing to develop business development initiatives. Identify evolving customer needs and be aware of new, emerging services and competition in our industry. Regularly update and train vet staff in our services. Network and attend relevant industry conferences and expos. Reporting and administration tasks when required. About you: Demonstrated relevant experience in a lead relationship sales role. Proven ability to achieve targets and manage a geographically large sales region. Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing. Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. Client-centric approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working within CRM databases and Microsoft suite. Previous experience across the veterinary industry is ideal, however, not essential. Agility to keep pace with a changing and growing organization. Full driver's license.
