The role will lead a small team to ensure maximum opportunities for people to join a variety of disability services offered across Melbourne.
About you You will be self-motivated, using your understanding of the disability sector to develop relationships with referral agencies, clients and their families.
You will understand NDIS funding and opportunities for people to use their NDIS plans to access a variety of VMCH disability services.
You will be adept in executing short and medium-term plans.
You will lead a small and committed team that guides prospective clients to make informed decisions on access to VMCH services.
This full-time role reports to the General Manager Disability Services.
Skills and experience required: Good industry knowledge and experience in the Disability Sector Extensive experience at establishing and nurturing industry networks and client relationships Outstanding presentation, ability to tailor presentations aligned to the clients needs Excellent communication skills with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders Excellent analytical and market research skills Ability to conduct tours, prepare prospectus', attend expo's promoting VMCH Outstanding planning, organisation and time management skills Monitor and report on the performance of Business Development initiatives Strong leadership of a small and committed team If you have the skills, experience and passion for this role please Apply Now.
