Salary Range: $91,663.12 to $99,412.18 plus 11.5% superannuation Department: Business Improvement Do you want to make an IMPACT? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Improvement team.
About this Role The Business Intelligence Analyst will contribute to the development of corporate strategy, reporting practices, service measurement, and service planning.
This includes management and support of Council's corporate reporting system.
They are responsible for leading and contributing to detailed service reviews and other projects across the organisation as directed by the Business Improvement Board.
Working in conjunction with the wider Business Improvement team to analyse data and business processes to successfully support and deliver innovation, improvements, and efficiencies.
Support the implementation of data governance and dashboard development and maintenance activities across the organisation.
About You We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with experience in conducting data analysis, detailed reviews, and leading business improvement initiatives.
You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling you to identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
You'll also need: Degree or diploma in business or other relevant discipline with some experience, or substantial experience in a relevant field.
Proven track record in data analysis and the ability to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in writing comprehensive reports and delivering professional presentations, including the ability to structure information logically, use clear language, incorporate relevant data visualisations, and tailor content to diverse audiences.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in service delivery business intelligence.
Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, including dashboard creation and maintenance (Desired).
