The opportunity: You'll partner closely with business representatives to deliver high quality Business Analysis services for complex initiatives at pace to drive strategic outcomes for Bupa's customers.
The purpose of this role is to lead the analysis approach and provide analytical services on large complex initiatives, whilst also supporting other Business Analysts where required, and ensure processes and requirements for strategic change initiatives are captured, documented, and successfully delivered.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: A strong business and operational perspective, ideally with experience in basic financial terminology.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
The ability to analyse processes and drive efficiency and be able to identify potential opportunities and make actionable recommendations.
If you're proactive and results-oriented, we want to hear from you! This is a 2-month Day Rate Contracting role and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.
We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you'll have the flexibility to work from one of our offices in these locations or work from home.
How will I help? You will add value by: Partnering closely with business initiative owners to develop a deep understanding of the challenges, pain points and areas of opportunity.
Planning, establishing, and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
Conducting Cost/Benefit Analysis to support discovery and new business investment proposals.
Developing current and future state process documentation.
Developing business requirement specifications (BRS) and functional requirement specification (FRS) documentation (as required/project specific) and utilising standard templates and guidelines.
Challenging and asking 'why' to provide the best solution for the business and our customers.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop clear and unambiguous product backlogs of work which deliver the outcomes needed by our business.
Working with the team to define Epics, Features, User Stories, and tasks for the business initiative at pace.
