This role The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the seamless integration, optimization, and effective utilization of the sales CRM and its integrations with other relevant platforms.
Responsibilities Drive projects that impact topline / bottomline metrics, presenting outcomes to the leadership.
Build scalable tools and processes for global Sales and Operations teams.
Build relationships with Sales and Operations leaders across geographies to implement change management through new tool and process implementation, in order to improve sales metrics.
