About the Role We are looking for an individual on a fixed-term contract until the end of June 2025 to work on an exciting project.
In this role, you'll manage and drive the successful delivery of strategic merchandise projects.
Your leadership will ensure our initiatives not only meet objectives but also exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities Include: Governance and Delivery: Ensure timely, within-budget, and scope-compliant delivery of merchandise projects, playing a vital role in the success of project delivery alongside the IT Project Manager.
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage and manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and support.
Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks that could impact project success, ensuring proactive solutions are in place.
What You'll Bring: Minimum of 8 years in project management, specifically delivering business or digital portfolios, programs, or projects.
Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
Experience in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead and manage diverse project resources, driving effective change.
In-depth knowledge of Lean/Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.
Ability to work effectively with team members, valuing their ideas and contributions.
Significant experience managing vendor partners in onshore, offshore, and hybrid environments.
Strong skills in gathering information and tailoring communications for diverse audiences.
Retail experience is a plus.
