Business Services Manager

Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting) Innovative, technologically-focused accounting firm Partnership prospect on offer My client is an established accounting firm seeking a Business Services Manager to join their Business Services/Private Clients practice.
You'll be required to oversee and manage a fee base of approx.
$1 M and 3-4 accountants (off-shore and on-site).
Clients range from various industry sectors, with the majority of clients having turnovers up to $50 M and some being large private groups.
Preparation and review of income tax returns for all entities Formal and informal tax advice on issues such as FBT, Div7 A, CGT, GST, and more Tax planning and forecasting, succession planning, and restructuring advice Train, mentor, and delegate to team members Monitoring KPIs, WIP, productivity, budgets, and deadlines Providing support to the Director in relation to client management and achieving team objectives Applicants: (Ideal but not essential) Currently working in a Heavy Supervisor or Manager capacity in Business Services/Tax Demonstrated experience mentoring juniors and managing clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
