We're on the lookout for a skilled CAD Drawing/Machine Programming and Nesting professional to join our dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the Stone Manager, this role involves: Deep understanding of machine setup, calibration, tool calibration, basic troubleshooting, and regular maintenance for optimal performance.
CNC Machine Programming using TOP10 and Se CAM CNC Nesting Software: Programming CNC machines for accuracy and efficiency, including machine setup, tool calibration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
Administration of Stone Pro and Se CAD Software: Effective navigation and management of Stone Pro and Se CAD software systems to contribute to seamless team operations.
Key role in shaping and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for continuous process improvement.
Monitoring and Adherence to KPIs: Proactive approach to monitoring and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for overall manufacturing success.

Additionally, familiarity with the Se KON software suite, particularly Se CAD, Se CAM, TOP10, TOP10 Waterjet, and Stone Pro Inventory and Production Management Software is crucial.
Experience with Digistat is beneficial but not mandatory.
An Auto CAD qualification or experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
The role requires a comprehensive understanding of various material classes, including natural stone, porcelain, and other sintered or ultra-compact surfaces.
