Right at Home Melbourne Brighton is looking for an Enrolled Nurse (EN) in part-time or casual positions to join our talented team.
Purpose of Position: The Care Co-ordinator is responsible for the recruitment and training of carers, scheduling, and monitoring operational performance in accordance with an established plan of care, Right at Home policies and procedures, and all other laws and relevant professional standards.
This role coordinates all allocated Client/Participant related activities within the Right At Home service, ensuring that a high quality of consumer-directed care is delivered to all Clients/Participants within statutory requirements.
The Co-ordinator is a 'mission critical' responsibility for the delivery of care to the company's Clients/Participants.
This includes the recruitment, training, and quality control of carers and the related systems and processes.
In addition to Care Coordination, this role will manage inside sales inquiries and develop relationships with Clients/Participants and their families.
Responsibilities: Performs nursing care to clients in accordance with an established plan of care, Right at Home policies and procedures, and all other laws and relevant professional standards.
The Enrolled Nurse will contribute to the quality of life of clients by providing high-quality care in accordance with the client's individual needs and preferences.
Qualifications Essential: • Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse• Relevant Health Science degree Desirable: • Relevant tertiary postgraduate qualification (Aged Care, Geriatric, Management)• Certificate in a specific nursing related discipline (Dementia care, geriatric nursing, palliative care) #J-18808-Ljbffr
