Willing to challenge the status quo, you must have experience influencing Owners and C-level stakeholders, and a proven track record of identifying viable opportunities, executing business strategy, and successfully launching new ventures with demonstrable results while managing a medium to large scale business.
Commercially astute with excellent judgement, you should bring to the table visionary thinking and the capacity for innovation.
Other sought-after qualities include drive, determination, an 'unconstrained' mindset, and decisiveness; someone who can mentor others, lead strategic discussions, instil a culture of optimism and champion a 'can do' attitude.
