Your New Team: CCS is a multidisciplinary team of highly passionate, experienced, supportive, collaborative and enthusiastic mental health professionals.

You will form solid working relationships within the pre-existing community teams and foster strong therapeutic relationships with your clients.
We support rehabilitation goals through the use of best evidence-based frameworks and assertive case management.
Your Contribution: You are a team player with a commitment to quality client care Excellent MSE and Risk Assessment skills Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant mental health setting - including acute inpatient experience Demonstrated knowledge of recovery and collaborative clinical practice.
