Job Description:

As a
Casual Maintenance Officer (Roving)
you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care across all our four homes in Victoria – Kew, Hawthorn, Eltham and Werribee.
Reporting to the Victorian State Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and coverage to the existing Maintenance Officers across all our homes.
A central location and a full driver's licence and own reliable vehicle will be required for this position – with a travel allowance provided.

Day to day general maintenance within the homes
Scheduling and arranging contractors for specialist repairs
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem solve;
Sound Microsoft office skills
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives from the Maintenance Lead
Aged or Community care experienced will be highly regarded but open to training on the job for the right candidate
National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
