Casual Weekend Physiotherapist - Rehab@Home & Rehab Ward Job Description: Casual Weekend role Kew location Friendly and supportive team environment Friendly and dynamic team About the Role You are an enthusiastic Grade Two physiotherapist with broad experience working with neurological, stroke, orthopaedic, and general rehabilitation inpatients, comfortable working in a ward environment and in a Rehab at Home role (bed substitution) and inpatient ward environments.
Key duties will include: Assessment and treatment of ward and home-based rehabilitation inpatients Working independently as part of a Rehabilitation Team Thinking creatively to solve problems in complex environments Classifications for this position will range from VB1 – VB4 ($44.77 - $51.46 per hour, plus casual loading).
Your Contribution Relevant clinical experience at Grade 2 level.
Current registration with AHPRA and eligibility for membership to the APA, as well as a current Victorian motor vehicle license are essential.
Collaborative teamwork and a commitment to quality improvement initiatives is integral to the role as is working within a proactive learning model to guide professional development opportunities.
Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain.

About the Department Rehab@Home is a 20 bed admitted (bed substitution) program for patients in a home-based setting.
This service is integrated with the Rehabilitation Ward located at St George's.
The service will provide interdisciplinary, 7 day a week rehabilitation services from a team including a Rehab Physician, Nursing, Allied Health, and Pharmacy.
Telephone after hours support will be provided, as required, by the St.
Georges Hospital After Hours Coordinator.
The Rehabilitation Ward is a 20 bed general rehabilitation ward, common conditions are stroke, neurological, orthopaedic, and general rehabilitation patients.
