About the role In your role as the Head of Integrated Growth Marketing, you will lead the newly created Integrated Growth Marketing team at Cbus and be part of the Brand and Marketing leadership team, reporting to the Group Head of Brand and Marketing. The team is responsible for driving acquisition of new members and employers by attracting and converting prospective members/employers through innovative and integrated growth marketing campaign strategies focused on growth segments and the most effective channels for acquisition. You will play a key role in contributing to the Fund's targets for new member and employer growth for both the Cbus Super and Media Super brands. Your key areas for this role include the creation and delivery of end-to-end multi-channel acquisition marketing campaigns by leveraging data-driven insights including market mix modelling and other key performance metrics and developing effective prospect audience and growth segment strategies and go to market plans. You will also be responsible for continually optimizing the 'always on' paid digital marketing program of work to acquire members and employers. Ultimately, this role is key in driving member acquisition for Cbus Super and for the development and execution of Media Super integrated campaigns, working collaboratively across the Fund to align growth marketing efforts with the Fund strategy and goals. Key Responsibilities As the Head of Integrated Growth Marketing, your key responsibilities will include: Playing a pivotal role in growing our member and employer base by developing and executing impactful acquisition marketing strategies and initiatives focused on target segments, sectors, and geographies for Cbus Super and Media Super. Leading the end-to-end design, development and implementation of Member and Employer marketing campaigns across paid media, partner channels and on the ground activations to support integrated growth campaigns. Leading the paid digital marketing program of work across Search, Social, Display and Video, focused on prospect audiences in target growth segments, industry sectors and geographies where relevant. Leading the effective operation of the in-house paid digital media buying function, as part of the execution of digital marketing campaigns and audience strategies, working with relevant external digital marketing partners to constantly optimise outputs and budgets. Championing the importance of using 'test and learn' frameworks and a data-driven approach for continual optimisation of acquisition marketing campaigns. About You We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: You are a results-oriented senior leader with a proven track record in acquisition marketing and an ability to effectively translate insights into actionable growth strategies through powerful storytelling. You will have demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles within a similar regulated environment. Superannuation industry experience will be highly regarded. You bring extensive experience in senior marketing roles, with a focus on member or customer acquisition as well as B2 B acquisition marketing. You have well-developed people leadership skills, from extensive experience building, managing and leading diverse teams with a high-performance and member/customer-first mindset. You operate with vision, purpose and a curious, growth mindset that sees the possibilities where others may not be able to, inspiring a different way of thinking across your team, peers, and stakeholders. You possess a strong background and understanding of digital marketing and paid digital media platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) as well as an understanding of Mar Tech principles. You have demonstrated experience with data-driven decision making, where you have derived actionable insights from research, data and analytics to deliver business value and growth. You have excellent strategic thinking and exceptional communication and influencing skills, including experience presenting to boards and senior stakeholders. This is a senior leadership role, and you will be responsible for inspiring a dedicated team of growth marketing professionals, ensuring the team is developing and executing effective acquisition marketing strategies and campaigns, collaborating across the Brand and Marketing team and stakeholders to align on growth objectives and performance.
