About the role We're currently looking for a Senior Communications Analyst tojoin our Technology Services team on a permanent basis working in Melbourne, Australia.
Specifically, this role will focus on Customer Communications Management (CCM)as the underpinning technology in strategic transformation programmes.
Your keen eye and attention to detail willmake a difference by ensuring we deliver high quality data analysis,documentation and specifications for delivery and testing teams.
You will beplaying an important part of ensuring our delivery teams are receiving theright information in a reliable way, and therefore, experience with Customer Communications Management tools will be highly regarded.
You will gatherbusiness requirements that identify, understand, analyse and document customer communicationprocesses and information requirements of the overall solution.
You will develop functional specifications,describing the process and conceptual information requirements of businessrequirements.
We are looking for someone with experience operating in a fast-pacedenvironment with the understanding of agile delivery methods.
You'll apply yourexceptional analysis skills and inquisitive approach to lead the analysis andresolution of business problems through a range of elicitation techniques todevelop requirements.
About you If you think this role is right for you, your skills and qualifications mayinclude: Experience using leading Customer Communications Management tools is highly desirable.
Experience in delivering business and technical analysis services is MANDATORY.
Experience in the Financial Services (Banking) Industry is MANDATORY.
Investigation skills and finance/insurance knowledge of communication documents, statements of advice and policies involved is MANDATORY.
Extensive and in-depthexperience in business analysis in complex transformation programs andprojects.
Experience working withdata models, data dictionaries and SQL.
Able to translate Business Requirements into Technical Mapping & Data Mapping.
Experience working ina Team environment with Business & Product Owners, SME's, Developers and Testers to ensuretechnical documentation is aligned to business requirements.
Experience working inan Agile delivery environment using Confluence, Jira or Dev Ops.
High level ability tocommunicate effectively, verbally and in writing, through all levelswithin an organisation (business and technical).
Experience withleveraging project controls such as Risk, Issues, Scope, Dependencies,flight planning and Sprint planning.
CCBA / CBAPqualifications desirable.
