About the Role : As previously stated, post a business transformation there is now some urgency to focus on business development, product innovation, globalisation, and embedding an offshore manufacturing supplier. The focus therefore falls on all of the triggers to take this business to a new level of maturity.
The structure of the business aligns with a medium sized corporation, in that it has experience raising capital, it has a well reputed commercially focused board, it has technology partners and inhouse expertise, and it has high calibre strategic partners in place.
There is a requirement for overseas travel and availability to communicate over multiple timelines.
Your key responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership Operational Excellence Team Building and Culture Advocacy and Representation About You : You are a true leader and strategic thinker, who is skilled in business management, has a combined experience of working at senior levels of corporates and has transitioned to leading a Start Up/SME business.
You are highly motivated and energetic, and you have the passion and capability to position the business as a recognised global leader in this very large industry.
Your experience base is around: Financial management with full responsibility of Balance Sheet, P&L and Cashflow management Strategic and hands on operational responsibilities Preference for experience within a manufacturing/production environment Board reporting Cross-border and International trade Highly motivated & energetic, performance focused Performance, results & commercially focused.
