Change Analyst

We are seeking the services of a Change Analyst who will be responsible for impact assessment, analysis, development and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of strategic, innovation and transformation projects into the business.
This is a day rate contract opportunity that is based in the Southeast of Melbourne where you will be required to work in a hybrid working model.
Key skills and experience that is required: Proven experience as a Change Analyst.
Experience in business impact assessments and business readiness planning.
Demonstrated experience in change delivery on an end-to-end project is highly desirable.
Experience conducting training need analysis and writing training content.
Ability to execute change activities on large and complex projects, ideally on similar CRM/ERP or systems implementations.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to engage effectively and professionally across all levels of audiences.
Strong stakeholder analysis and communications planning, training and transition planning leading to effective change measurements.
Experience working in a fast paced, technology driven environment.
