Due to the retirement of the current CEO, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a proven and successful Chief Executive Officer to drive their strategic direction, foster growth, and uphold their commitment to excellence.
The Role
Reporting to the Chairman and Board, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's strategic goals, collaborating closely with the Directors and Executive leadership team to ensure sustained levels of growth, financial stability, and operational efficiency. The key responsibilities are as follows:
Review and execute the company's strategic vision and plan.
Lead the senior leadership team and provide guidance to key stakeholders. Ensure financial sustainability and growth.
Management and performance of the organisation with clear accountability based on financial reporting and budgeting, including analysis and cost management.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
Foster a collaborative, innovative and dynamic organisational culture.
Spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement.
Provide confident, hands-on leadership, building high performing and accountable teams.
Key Requirements
Extensive commercial experience at the CEO level demonstrating excellence in guiding the operations and resources of a company of a similar size.
Well-developed commercial and financial acumen, combined with a growth mindset and previous experience leading transformational change.
A strong understanding of financial management, operational leadership and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into operational frameworks.
Hands-on leadership style, coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability for inspiring and motivating teams.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business landscapes and drive continuous improvement.
