Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based either Sydney or Melbourne CBD.
Claims Examiner What can you expect? In this role you will be handling a portfolio of notifications and non-complex claims under cyber policies.
You will also provide support in account management and complex claims management.

Prepare routine and ad hoc reports; present quarterly and/or annual reviews.
Participate in the peer review/ audit process.
Participate in projects related to continuous improvement and efficiency of the Claims Team.
Support new and expanded business endeavours through provision of claims review data for tenders, renewals and proposals, and participate in client/prospect meetings.
Conduct marketing and client/broker education presentations.
Provide support in complex matters as required, including but not limited to, research, analysing facts and/or policy wordings.
What you need to have: High level of accuracy/attention to detail Ideally someone with bachelor's degree in law Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines Excellent communication and numerical skills and proven track record to provide a high level of customer service Flexible and team player – develops close partnerships with onshore and offshore colleagues Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to maintain clear lines of communication with various internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Power Point, Word and Excel About Marsh: Marsh is the world's leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
