Class 2 Driver

Are you a Class 2 Driver looking for ongoing work? This position will include driving to different locations across England and completing between 4 and 6 drops along the way. The vehicle will contain cardboard boxes, and when offloading you will have an electric pump truck to assist you with moving the goods to the tail lift.There is no handballing involved as you will be assisted by the electric pump truck.Hourly Rate: You will always be paid for a minimum of 8 hours. The rate of pay is £16.94 per hour paid via our Umbrella provider. Or you can choose to get paid through PAYE, meaning the pay is £14.00 per hour. In addition to this, we offer full pay for 28 days of annual leave, which will make the hourly rate £15.69 per hour including your holiday accrual. Please be advised that we do not offer visa sponsorship.Working Hours: Working from Monday to Friday, you will be able to choose your own starting hours from between 05:00 am and 12:00 pm. The job will finish once you have returned to the depot.Closing Date: Experience & Qualifications The successful candidate must have:An HGV 1 driving licenceA valid Digital Tachograph CardA valid UK CPC qualificationYou must also be over the age of 25 with ideally a year's proven Class 2 driving experience.
