They are currently looking for a Permanent Full-Time Farm Facility Team Leader Cleaner to join their team.
The shift times for this role will be Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
If you have experience with farm or site facility cleaning and team leading, this may be the role for you!Key Responsibilities Monitor and comply with the Company's standards and policies on Farming, Good Manufacturing Practices, Hygiene and Sanitation, Repairs, and Maintenance, Integrated Pest Management Australia requirements.
Provide for the induction and training of all employees, labour hire staff, and contractors onsite under the Company's procedures.
Perform general shed cleaning activities as required and report to company representatives.
Supervise staff and appropriately allocate duties to personnel.
Manage staff performance and behaviour, including compliance with the Company's procedures and liaising with HR as required.
Ensure relevant records are maintained and controlled, and that all documentation is produced in its required format and on time.
Comply with all Company policies and procedures in place as amended from time to time.
Perform all other tasks as requested within your level of skill, competence, and training.
What You Need Valid Australian Driver's license.
Skid Steer license.
Previous 12 months experience in a similar role.
Agricultural experience and people management skills.
Strong communication, training, and staff scheduling abilities.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety, OH&S regulations, and record-keeping.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in a physically demanding and dirty environment.
