The Role You should be fully aware of the role of a Site Manager and have worked in a leadership, supervisory, or foreman role within a commercial construction setting. Therefore, you should understand the speed, quality, and safety requirements, given you will have experience leading and delivering them for some time.If you have not worked within the commercial construction industry in any way, this role isn't right for you.You will be working on projects within the $15 M - $25 M range, with some level of complexity, technical challenges, and expectant clients - it's important you feel comfortable and confident with this type of building work.
