We are a unique and vertically integrated building and construction organisation. We are growing, and are now in a position to add another two experienced Client Liaison Officers. This role plays a key part in partnering with our clients from Sales Accept all the way to handing over the keys to their new home. Our clients can range from people wanting to start their journey in home ownership to large investment groups. Therefore, the level of customer service and communication skills required is vital. This role requires someone who is well-rounded in their skill set and has significant experience in the building and construction industry, but also cares about making a difference. You will have a background/experience in: Contracts administration Pre-site and On-site Coordination Customer Relationship management Reading and presenting contracts and tenders Working closely with Drafting and Estimation and Construction teams Running projects from start to finish We are located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne and this role is full time based in the office . This is a growing business that requires someone who is career-driven, motivated, and solutions-driven. This role can suit someone who has experience in medium density, volume building, and/or custom building, with hands-on experience with Pre Site and/or On site; but you will need to be willing to learn the end-to-end process. On offer is: $85,000 -$95,000 + super, which will be based on your experience.
