As a Client Services Officer with us, you'll dive headfirst into a growing asset management company, working closely with a national distribution team and seasoned marketing professionals.
You'll get hands-on experience with our diverse portfolio, including agriculture, equities, emerging markets, and more.
Plus, you'll be mentored by our Head of Distribution and trained in financial markets, investment products, and the latest financial software.
If you've got a rural background or a connection to farming, that's a big plus! We offer flexible working arrangements, with 2 days in the office (Melbourne CBD) and 3 days from home.
Key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: Address investor queries and manage recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests, including audits.
Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) requirements and manage authorised signatories.
Set up new client accounts, liaising with the unit registry for any account-related queries.
Coordinate and monitor the Investor Relations and Contact email boxes, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
Assist team members with administrative tasks across various product offerings, including equities, cash, currency, real estate, and agribusiness.
Support marketing efforts by aiding in client events, reviewing marketing materials, and preparing presentation booklets for existing and prospective clients.
Log and monitor client meetings, maintain CRM systems, and attend investor functions when required.
Collaborate professionally with team members across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Investment Management to deliver outstanding investor services.
Qualifications About you You just graduated and gained a degree in economics, finance, business or similar.
You enjoy working in a team and sharing information with other team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of working autonomously.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
