Prepare documentation as directed by Service members.
Pro-actively follow up quotes from insurers and prepare quote reports.
Prepare quotes for clients and gather post-renewal policy documentation.
What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Consultant role brings along previous customer/client service experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Skilled in establishing rapport with stakeholders, in addition to anticipating and responding to their needs.
