Key Responsibilities Oversee the provisioning, maintenance, and management of a broad range of technology platforms, including Azure Infrastructure, data centre operations, and virtual desktop environments.
Lead operational support for all technology interactions, ensuring seamless service delivery across internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architecture teams to shape and refine technology solutions and roadmaps that align with our evolving business needs.
Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience and business continuity.
Manage and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contracts, performance metrics, and risk management practices.
Lead and mentor the Cloud and Infrastructure team, fostering a high-performance culture that drives productivity and innovation.
About You You have at least 8-10 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, guiding teams in large enterprise environments.
You possess deep knowledge of Azure cloud implementations, Microsoft platforms, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), and operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Unix.
You can develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, with a proven ability to implement cloud Fin Ops strategies.
You have strong troubleshooting skills and can navigate complex, mission-critical environments, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
You have extensive experience managing vendor relationships, ensuring that all contracts and service agreements meet performance and risk management criteria.
