What the role is all about The Commercial Manager will be a key business partner supporting the Developer and Media markets as well as the Advertising & Value Product portfolio.
They will: Provide analysis and insights with a view to maximizing commercial outcomes.
Manage and own month end close and results.
Manage and own financial forecasts, budgets and long-range plans.
Prepare detailed revenue, cost and non-financial KPI analysis to identify insights and trends.
Drive financial performance through analysis, insights & clear recommendations.
Pro-actively partner with key stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Extract and analyse data from multiple systems to meet group reporting requirements.
Build, validate & provide commercial guidance on business cases for new products & initiatives.
Hire, develop and retain a high performing team.
Lead process improvement, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
Identify industry trends and consider implications/opportunities for REA.
Ensure relevant controls and compliance requirements are met.
Who we're looking for 8+ years of relevant experience.
First class communication – written, verbal and presenting skills.
Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
Proven ability to forge trusted business relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate in a complex and fast-paced business.
Strong initiative; willingness to take ownership and accountability.
Excellent analytical capabilities, with budgeting, forecasting & financial modeling experience.
CA qualified.
Big 4 experience.
