As the sole Commercial Property Manager, this full-time role has the support of a Business Manager to oversee and manage administration and accounts.
Run your own show with this autonomous role - Monday to Friday 130 Commercial Properties based in the Inner North / North Great Residential Team Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years Commercial Property Management experience Sound knowledge of Commercial Legislation and Regulations Knowledge of the property market in the North / Inner North Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Flexibility for the right candidate Well known and highly regarded residential name in property Sole Commercial Property Manager within the office About the Company Culture As part of a larger network, this office has excellent procedures and policies in place.
