About the Role As a Communications Advisor in our Australia Retail Communications team, you'll play a key role in helping the development and delivery of communication activities and programs for ANZ Plus.
This is an exciting and dynamic role that is part of a small but very experienced team.

Role Type: 9 Months Fixed Term contract Role Location: 833 & 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Work Hours: Full time What will your day look like? In the Communications Advisor role, you will: Develop and help execute communications plans that make effective use of ANZ-wide communications channels to share ANZ Plus milestones and progress with broader staff.
Manage ANZ Plus communications channels, including the ANZ Plus Update (newsletter) and Progress Summary Reports.
Work closely with the Senior Communications Manager and broader Communications team to identify opportunities to improve how we communicate with our key audience groups.
Provide extensive copywriting support across our internal and external channels and assist with portfolio-wide communications rituals (including Townhalls, presentations etc).
Collaborate with internal content and media relations teams to support content opportunities and enquiries, as relevant.
Reporting support and evaluation of communications activities across key projects.
Provide communications advice to various stakeholders, as required.
Timely escalation of risks and issues to the Senior Communications Manager.

You will need to be highly organised, work efficiently and be proactive in finding new and improved ways to make a difference.
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Able to work well in a small team and have a positive, 'can do' attitude.
Well organised, delivering outcomes within set timeframes and flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
Well versed in the fundamentals of writing and editing across media (including digital and social) with attention to detail around grammar, style and use of plain English.
Able to plan your workload autonomously and commit to your professional growth by seeking feedback and evaluation to continuously improve.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
