Does this sound like you? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, efficient and motivated Communications Manager looking to make a real difference through their communications work at the my Homecare Group in Melbourne or Sydney.
Within this role you will have the capacity to make a genuine difference, where no two days are the same.
You will be an experienced communications professional, ready to lead projects support our businesses communications needs and collaborate with our Marketing team.
So, what does the role entail? You'll play a key part in supporting our internal staff and our clients in communicating key messages, you will sit within our Marketing Team, a team of collaborative, creative people always looking to better support our team and clients.
With us, you'll become a true leader of communications in the in-home care space - and we've got the comprehensive training and development tools to get you there.
You'll be responsible for: Managing and leading internal communications to staff, suppliers and clients.
Support and lead our Public Relations efforts.
Creating and delivering high quality content such as newsletters, guides, videos, letters and more.
Leading events internally.
Provide support with external communications and messaging.
Developing Communications Plans and leading delivery of key messages.
Using Mailchimp and other systems to communicate key messages with a range of audiences.
Reporting success of communications deliverables e.g.
open rates, engagement etc.
We are looking for someone with: Bachelor of Communications or similar discipline.
Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, always wanting to learn and develop your existing skills.
3+ years of proven experience in a communications role.
A fast learner, keen to collaborate with a team, but also confident to lead projects.
Organisation skills are something you pride yourself on.
The right to work in.
National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the my Homecare Group will organise via Work Pro at no cost).
Proof of Covid Vaccination.
