In this role you will bridge the gap between operations and strategy while fostering a vibrant community among our team members and partners. You will be responsible for developing and implementing inspiring initiatives that enhance engagement, collaboration and strengthen our partnerships across both the foundation and sustainability business units. The Opportunity based at our Ballarat Support Office... Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams (such as Retail Operations, Pet Health and Marketing) to identify and implement community-building strategies, programs and projects that support the Community department business plan and strategies including but not limited to; foundation activations, marketing campaigns and ESG activations. Design, coordinate and execute engaging projects, programs and events that promote engagement and collaboration amongst Team Members, partners and the community business unit. Drive community partnerships through fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate knowledge exchange and partnership activation. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community initiatives, by gathering feedback and updating required reporting to improve and adapt strategies and campaigns. Support the development of communication materials that highlight community engagement efforts and partnership successes. Act as a liaison between the foundation and sustainability business units to ensure alignment in goals and activities. Support with Board meeting preparation and facilitation of meetings when required. Support Community dept and broader People department with administrative support and executing projects. If you have the below experience, we would love to hear from you! Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including Share Point and Outlook. Proven experience in community engagement, partnership development, or related roles. Degree in a relevant field (e.g., community development, communications, or business) desirable although not essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for sustainability and social impact. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Awareness and commitment to follow Petstock Groups strategic and corporate plans, including the company values. Awareness and commitment to Petstock Foundation's mandate. Initiative and willingness to learn, support and be part of a team.
