Our purpose: Life Unlimited.This position will have responsibilities to drive growth and acceleration of Advanced Wound Management (AWM) products in the Community Channel by managing strategic wholesaler and corporate partnerships.What will you be doing?Develop strong strategic partnerships with high priority accounts.Conduct regular business reviews with strategic partners to retain and grow existing business.Actively look for new accounts to acquire in the key market segments that Smith+Nephew operates in.Achieve sales targets with strategic wholesalers and corporate accounts on a quarterly and annual basis as per workday objectives.Conduct monthly reviews of account plans with Community Channel Manager ANZ and National Sales Managers.Work closely with Channel Marketer AWM to ensure that strategic wholesaler partners are receiving the marketing materials and resources required to deliver growth in key market segments.Regularly plan and conduct tactic reviews with Clinical Manager AWM and Clinical Solutions Specialists to ensure that key strategic partners are receiving clinical and educational support from Smith+Nephew.Build and support an engaged team by maintaining a leadership focus around being an effective coach, communicator, and strategist.Set sales goals and objectives for territory and team to support budget growth.Ensure that internal stakeholders are working collaboratively to support growth with high value accounts and strategic projects.In collaboration with Community Channel Manager ANZ assess and identify market opportunities.What will you need to be successful?Strong Sales experience in medical salesProven experience in working and presenting to all levels of Aged Care, Primary Care and Community Nursing.Solid understanding of how to partner with wholesalers and distributors.In depth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia, working knowledge of wound care or related area.To apply, please ensure that you include a cover letter addressing it to Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
