Construction/General Manager - Multi-Disciplinary Commercial Builder

Major multi-disciplinary builder is opening a permanent office in Bendigo & is looking for a capable CM/GM to become the 'face' of the Region.
Our Client is a long-standing & successful multi-disciplinary builder with a head office in Melbourne.
They have been in operation for 30 years delivering projects across all major market sectors with values ranging from $500 K - $30 M.
They have recently secured several projects in the wider Bendigo region and have made the decision to open a permanent office that will service their growing regional project portfolio.
For this office to be a success, they need a capable, hard-working & well-networked General/Construction Manager to head up the operation.
The role will sit within the executive team and have full P&L responsibility for the office.
As it's a growing office, there will be hands-on PM responsibilities for the first 12 - 24 months until the workload grows.
In addition, the role will oversee a small team of CAs and Site Managers.
There will also be a heavy client-facing focus with the goal of growing the brand in the region.
To be considered, you will have extensive commercial construction experience and come with formal tertiary or trade qualifications.
Ideally, you will have strong networks within the wider Bendigo region and have a pool of sub-contractors you have worked with previously.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary ranging from $170,000 - $220,000 + super depending on experience.
There will also be potential profit sharing/bonus options available in the future.
