Construction Manager

Company Overview: Vinova are currently working exclusively with a leading global EPC specialising in renewable energy in solar and BESS.
This is an excellent business with a large pipeline of utility-scale projects across Australia.
Position Overview: We're looking for a full-time construction manager who has a proven track record in building solar or BESS projects from start to finish.
This is an exciting opportunity that can lead to long term exciting large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of a construction project from start to finish.
Coordinate the entire construction process, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Act as the central point of coordination among project team members, production superintendents and supervisors, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring that project stakeholders communicate, collaborate, and are aligned and informed.
Required Skills: 5+ years of experience constructing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience working on at least one utility-scale solar or BESS project.
Electrical background is beneficial.
Proven track record in HSE.
Must be willing to do on-site/rostered or FIFO work.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
