In this Consultant, Direct Strategy role, you will: Incubate initiatives designed to deliver industry-leading customer experiences in the contact centre.
Undertake scenario analysis to evaluate potential outcomes and guide strategic decision making.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment to strategic plans and metrics.
Partnering with SMEs across the business and developing an understanding of our frontline operations to support initiatives that address change and challenges.
Develop reporting across strategic metrics to ensure business units are on track to meet strategic goals.
What You'll Bring: Experience (3+ years) supporting and delivering short and long term large-scale strategy and planning initiatives, absolutely mandatory.
Experience analysing large, complex data sets to derive insights, able to consider and contextualise data sources, collection and structure to provide accurate and meaningful insights with intermediate proficiency in Excel, required.
Outstanding stakeholder management, able to form strong working relationships across several initiatives and communicate with influence to coordinate delivery.
Confidence in handling ambiguity appropriately whether by seeking clarification or working with the available information and your business knowledge.
Good operational awareness, applies their deep business understanding to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous growth.
Experience with human centred design, highly regarded.
