This role will work across projects including campaigns as well as providing general support to the marketing team across a variety of activities.
Main responsibilities will include: Develop and execute a content strategy for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In, aligned with organizational goals and target audience.
Create high-quality visual content - photos and videos, to showcase the activities, events of the organisation.
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various purposes, such as promotional videos, client testimonials, and educational materials.
Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding, voice, and messaging.
Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and platform algorithms to optimize content performance and engagement.
Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and videography.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to leverage user-generated content and foster community participation.
The successful candidate will: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
Proven experience using Adobe & Canva.
Experience using social media, content creation, and videography.
High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
Current National & International Police Record Check/ open to apply for updated check.
