Contract Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected and long-standing Geelong commercial builder who has a significant pipeline of work.
The company is a long-standing Geelong business that specializes in D&C commercial projects with values up to $20m and has an extremely impressive pipeline of works.
They have recently made a few internal changes and have a very experienced team to work alongside, with really good people in the business and a state-of-the-art office with regular team events.
Your role: Define and write scope of works.
Let and vet subby packages.
Manage variations.
Process progress claims.
Handle RFI's.
Define and write scope of works.
About you: Be an experienced CA who can analyze subby packages to ensure financial viability.
Be able to run your own job valued in excess of $10m.
Have experience running jobs from start to completion as the sole CA.
Be able to work in a team environment yet autonomously when needed.
Be punctual and reliable.
On offer: An attractive remuneration package of up to $160k (dependent on experience).
