Contract Administrator - Growing Tier 2 Builder We are currently partnering with a highly successful T2 commercial builder who, based on recent and strategic growth, is looking to hire another Contract Administrator to join a very cohesive and experienced team of construction professionals.
Responsibilities: Vetting and letting sub-contract and supplier packages upon successful project award.
Presenting progress claims and variations to the client.
Validating and processing sub-contract invoices.
Preparing monthly progress cost reports.
You'll benefit from working for a dynamic contractor with a loyal sub-contract base and a focus on quality systems to support your function.
There is a very clear vision and strategy to grow the business even further, with a focus on developing Project Managers internally.
You can expect to work on some of Melbourne's trendiest projects within the office and apartment space.
