About the Company Our client delivers services to the central Gippsland region and is one of the largest employers in the region.
They are an essential service that is committed to supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of the community.
About the Role The Contracts Administration Officer is responsible for administering Fleet and Facilities contracts in an effective and efficient manner, as per the needs of the organisation.
This position will respond to internal and external customer queries ensuring a high level of customer service is provided.
The Contracts Administration Officer also provides a range of administration functions to the team in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities Respond to a variety of internal customer enquiries Administer contracts for supply of works and services Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts Provide guidance and education to internal and external customers Keep adequate records in the document management system Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in administration, preferably contracts administration.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, particularly when liaising with other departments and contractors.
Demonstrated commitment, ability, and experience in resolving customer enquiries whilst providing a strong customer focus.
A demonstrated ability to work effectively and proficiently with computer-based technology.
