About the Opportunity Reporting into Executive Chef, the new brigade recruit will have exposure to both a la carte dining and hotel catering.
As a cook you'll be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the Kitchen and working in a team to provide quality and a high level of service to guests while adhering to Kitchen policies and procedures.
As a Cook at RACV, you'll be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the Kitchen during meal periods, by working as a team with other staff to provide the appropriate quality and level of service to all customers.

As a Cook, your key responsibilities for the role include: Follow directions from senior chefs and work as a team player Follow WHS, policies and procedures Maintain equipment, utensils and a clean & hygienic kitchen Contribute to clear communication between the sections and other areas of the Kitchen and property RACV Inverloch Resort is open 24 hours per day, 7 days week.
Our kitchen operates from early morning breakfast service, through to evening dinner service & late night in room dining.
Our team work a 7 day rotating roster including evenings, weekends & public holidays.
Ideally you will have full availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
What you'll need to be successful •Commercial Cookery Qualification • The ability to travel to Inverloch and work across a rotating roster.
• A passion for locally sourced and seasonal produce.
• A desire to develop among a driven & professional team.
