This role is responsible for the co-ordination, selling and execution of health and wellbeing solutions for partner organisations and university students.Working directly with B2 B partners as well as internal sales teams, the Health and Wellbeing Specialist will use a customer-centred approach to design programs to drive deeper partnership engagement opportunities and health interactions with university partners and overseas students.You will also:Develop and maintain a pipeline of H&W opportunities.Deliver a high standard of personal effectiveness across the entire end-to-end sales process.Work with B2 B customers to design and deliver impactful health and wellbeing programs, leading to healthier workplaces, employees and overseas students.Actively collaborate using internal and external networks of suppliers to deliver a robust solution that delivers on our customers' requirements.Lead overseas student specific health and wellbeing projects to support enhancements to service offerings.Now, who are you?You will have a qualification in health (or related field) and have a minimum of 3-5 years work in the field. You might be a health professional looking for a change from direct clinical care but still want to make an impact, or a health professional working in a sales, program or product development role. You might also be an experienced health and wellbeing professional working with corporate clients or overseas students already.You are looking for a role that will leverage your passion for health and wellbeing in a collaborative environment - this could be the role for you!You will also:Be a great communicator and connector of people and have an agile mindset.
