The environment is second to none, and you'll feel like you're working in a 5 Star Hotel (but without the shift work)!The Role This is a lovely role for someone who takes pride in their customer service.
Based at the front of house Reception area, you'll be the first point of contact for the business and the ambassador of the brand.
Your role will be all about welcoming and making people feel comfortable as you greet regular visitors, coordinate meeting rooms, organise catering, and go the extra mile to make everyone feel at home.
You'll also have the opportunity to support the team with general administration, organising travel, monitoring and ordering office supplies, and assisting in the organisation of corporate events and an upcoming office move.
Responsibilities First point of contact to meet and greet visitors Manage incoming calls and email enquiries Coordinate domestic travel for Directors Coordinate meeting rooms and organise catering, tea/coffee, etc.
Set up AV equipment for meetings Point of contact for maintenance of the office and company holiday house Liaise with an external Event Planner around organising corporate functions General housekeeping of front of house areas, ensuring general tidiness of meeting rooms Monitor and order office supplies and consumables Skills and Experience This is a key role for the business and will suit someone with corporate reception experience, or perhaps you've worked in high-end hospitality or an airline environment.
Either way, you'll have exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, polished presentation, and a helpful, personable, and enthusiastic nature.
Intermediate MS Office skills are a must.
